Unrequited love makes a misery of office life

I have on my team a talented woman whom I've rewarded with promotion and a bonus. She deserved it, but there is another fact: I find her very attractive. Some months ago I made my feelings plain to her, and she politely rebuffed me. Both of us carry on as if nothing had happened but I think others on the team have cottoned on, and the atmosphere is tense. I feel my credibility is at risk, but hers is too. What should I do?
