Barney Frank wants Americans to get over their inferiority complex.

The influential Democratic congressman said this week that all the "America for sale" anxiety in Washington had gone too far. The very notion that foreigners who invested in the US were "all-knowing, all wise and going to out-fox us" was wrong, he said.
