Businesses warned to be vigilant after bomb injures four

A widening letter-bomb campaign across England and Wales was a "cause for concern", John Reid, the home secretary, said yesterday as senior police chiefs issued a new warning to businesses to take extra care with post.

They were speaking after the seventh letter bomb in the past three weeks exploded at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority in Swansea, injuring four employees.
