Fitzgerald emerges from the shadows

Patrick Fitzgerald has been quietly investigating the unmasking of CIA agent Valerie Plame for two years. On Friday he broke his silence.

“My job is to investigate whether or not a crime has been committed, can be proved and should be charged,” he said at a press conference.
