In comparison with their US counterparts, Europe’s top business schools are mere adolescents. Although a handful of schools in countries such as France can claim to have a history that stretches back a century or more, the most highly-ranked schools are a much younger breed.
London Business School, consistently ranked as Europe’s top full-time MBA programme, was established at the height of London’s swinging ’60s, with its first MBA programme (then called an MSc) opening in 1967.
