Healthy focus spurs Glisten

Annual profits at Glisten rose 18 per cent as the snacks company accelerated its transition towards healthier foods and a bigger range of branded products.

Paul Simmonds, chief executive, said 70 per cent of output was now based on fruits, cereals, nuts and seeds, following a "real shift" by consumers.
