Vimpelcom, the Russian telecommunications giant, considers itself a company of firsts. It was the first Russian company listed on the New York Stock Exchange; the first to rebrand itself, with a ubiquitous yellow and black logo to symbolise its flagship Beeline brand; and the first to open a corporate university.

Since 1999, Beeline University has been educating thousands of employees in management, leadership, and customer service.
