LSE pulls out of bidding for Warsaw Stock Exchange

The London Stock Exchange has pulled out of the bidding for the Warsaw Stock Exchange, leaving three remaining bidders as the Polish treasury prepares the sale of a majority stake in central Europe’s largest bourse.

The withdrawal of the UK exchange leaves Deutsche Börse, NYSE Euronext and Nasdaq OMX.
