DSG did not properly report transfer pricing

DSG International, the electrical goods retailer, is facing a multi-million pound tax bill after having been found to have breached guidelines on how multi-national companies should account for assets moved between subsidiaries.

The closely-watched case involves the complex system of inter-company tax accounting known as “transfer pricing”.
