COMPANIES Helical Bar, the property company, will begin to invest in the UK real estate market again but warned that the recovery may not be as certain as some have predicted.
Mike Slade, chief executive, said that the market had reached the bottom, but cautioned that there were “a lot of pitfalls still to be navigated”. He said he had been surprised by the strength of the bounce in property prices.
