If there is a single solution to achieving high levels of employee satisfaction across diverse culture and countries, it is to listen to your employees, and act upon what they tell you.
So says Ulrich Holz, director of Human resources for Europe, Middle East and Africa at global software group Microsoft, which last year ranked among the top 10 employers in a dozen European countries.
