WH Ireland pays £2.5m in staff bonuses

WH Ireland paid more than £2.5m in bonuses to staff in the first half of the year after the broker pulled in new clients and boosted turnover by 6 per cent.

In spite of a programme that cut costs before performance-related payments by £1.1m, total administrative expenses rose from £15.6m to £17.2m.
