The Financial Times has won a major six-figure cross-print and online sponsorship deal with Vestas, the world’s leading supplier of wind power, for its in depth coverage of this year’s World Economic Forum in Davos from 23–27 January.
The Vestas sponsorship will highlight the issues facing the world’s energy supply and bring focus on the importance of modern energy sources. In print, Vestas will be the sole sponsor of two, 16-page special reports on Davos and will have major participation in ‘The World in 2008’ special report. Online, Vestas will sponsor the exclusive video and audio coverage produced by senior FT journalists reporting from the event via the dedicated www.ft.com/davos channel.
