Woolf calls for ethics code at BAE

BAE Systems, the British defence company dogged by bribery allegations, should implement a global code of ethical business conduct and appoint a senior executive to oversee it, a report recommended on Tuesday.

The report, by Lord Woolf, a senior retired judge, sets out 23 recommendations aimed at ensuring that the UK’s largest defence company maintains “world-class ethical business practices”.
