Seoul accuses Pyongyang on flood deaths

In a move that could end a brief détente with Pyongyang, Seoul on Wednesday accused North Korea of deliberately causing a flood that drowned six campers in South Korea.

North Korea admitted it caused a flash flood 60km north of Seoul on Sunday by opening a dam on the Imjin river but angered South Korea by not apologising for the deaths.
