Bondi adds Morgan Stanley to litigants' list

Enrico Bondi, Parmalat's administrator, yesterday launched a legal action seeking almost $140m from Morgan Stanley as he seeks to unwind a financing deal that took place a few months before the dairy company's collapse.

The legal action follows a breakdown in settlement talks. Morgan Stanley now sees its name added to a list of more than 40 banks being targeted by Mr Bondi.
