Electric dream brings green rewards

Keith Johnston, managing director of Goingreen, is one of the few small business owners in London who can thank Ken Livingstone's congestion charge for making his company viable.

Goingreen, which sells the G-Wiz, the only all-electric family car on British roads, will this month sign up its 500th customer and is in profit after just two years of trading.
