Thirty per cent of employers around the world are struggling to find the right people to fill jobs even though unemployment is at or near record levels in many countries, according to a survey of almost 39,000 employers.

The study, conducted in 33 countries by Manpower, one of the world's largest recruitment companies, illustrates the persistence of a mismatch between individuals' skills and employers' needs, in spite of the deep economic crisis.
