Property investors move cash to Europe

The trickle of British money into European property has become a torrent as investors rush to find more promising opportunities outside their home market.

Capital flows from the UK into commercial real estate on the Continent have hit €11.8bn (£8bn) since January and are on track to exceed €25bn this year, according to figures from Jones Lang LaSalle, the agents.
