Manufacturers will deliver 13,200 business aircraft in the light to corporate-airliner sectors over the next 10 years, worth $300bn, according to a forecast this month from Bombardier Aerospace.
That is a hefty rise from the 10-year forecast of 9,950 aircraft in Bombardier’s Business Aircraft Market Forecast a year ago, and helps justify a rash of new designs announced over the past year by leading manufacturers.
