Mattel makes third Chinese toy recall

The European Commission launched a two-month review of toy safety on Wednesday after Mattel, the world’s top toymaker, recalled about 800,000 items containing “impermissible” levels of lead.

The recall will futher fuel concerns around the world over the quality of products made in China.
