Moscow eyes exiles after extradition agreement

Britain and Russia have signed an accord that Moscow hopes will make it easier to extradite some of the high-profile Russians in London that it has accused of financial and other crimes.

A legal memorandum of understanding was signed in London a week ago by Ken Macdonald, Britain's director of public prosecutions, and Alexander Zvyaginsev, Russia's deputy prosecutor-general.
