Next step for N Korea nuclear disclosure

When diplomats gather in the Chinese industrial city of Shenyang on Thursday to hammer out just how much and when North Korea will have to disclose about its nuclear programmes as part of a February deal, they will confront a thorny issue: uranium enrichment.

Under the terms of the February 13 deal, which has already resulted in Pyongyang shutting down its Yongbyon nuclear facility in exchange for energy aid, North Korea must disclose all its nuclear programmes.
