KPMG staff sign up to flexible working

More than two-thirds of KPMG staff have signed up to ground-breaking flexible working proposals that could provide a blueprint for other white collar firms facing slowing business.

As of Friday, 69 per cent of the accountancy firm’s 11,000 partners and staff had volunteered to either work a four-day week with a proportionate pay cut or take a sabbatical of up to three months on reduced pay.
