Download costs price out mobile customers

High prices are putting off mobile internet usersusing potentially popular services such as music download sites.

Mobile phone retailers such as Carphone Warehouse, The Link and Phones4U are advising their customers against downloading music through the mobile phone network because of prohibitive costs.
