Crossborder clarity is advisers’ goal

Sweeping changes to the way European crossborder funds work are on the horizon as the Committee of European Securities Regulators (Cesr) delivers its advice to the European Commission.

In a document also sent to the European Parliament and the European Council, Cesr has set out the features of the key information document for Ucits (Kid) as well as the framework that should underpin the management company passport under the Ucits IV directive.
