Investors in despair as Saudi stocks craze flops

Saudis are learning the hard lessons of investing as they watch a rare decline in the Saudi stock market after last year’s rise of more than 100 per cent.

With the Tadawul all-share index down more than 10 per cent since it peaked 10 days ago, Saudi newspapers have described a panicky reaction among small investors swept along by the recent stock market craze.
