Banking code to top agenda at Rio talks

The Copacabana Palace hotel in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has long attracted a clientele of rock stars and global glitterati. This week, however, its beach-front rooms will be hosting a more sombre, besuited gathering.

The Institute of International Finance, a Washington-based association of global banks, starts its spring meeting there on Wednesday.
