Jakarta targets $890m from BNI offering

Indonesia is to sell almost 26 per cent of Bank Negara Indonesia, the country’s third largest bank by assets, in the country’s largest public offering next month.

The divestment of 3.47bn shares is expected to raise at least Rp8,000bn ($890m), about half of which will be profit for the government, BNI said.
