ACA wins more time from trading partners

ACA Capital, the parent of cash-strapped bond insurer ACA Financial Guaranty, said its trading partners had agreed to give it another month to work out its financial difficulties.

ACA said it had entered into a fresh “forbearance agreement” with its counter-parties, which include investment banks globally.
