RBS offloads 47 Marriott hotels

Royal Bank of Scotland has sold 47 Marriott hotels, including the Grosvenor House in Park Lane, London, to Delek Real Estate, the Israeli property company, in a deal understood to be worth £1.1bn.

RBS confirmed that it had struck a deal but declined to provide details on the price or the buyers.
