Barclays still in dispute with investors

Barclays failed to settle its dispute with shareholders after a meeting between Marcus Agius, the bank's chairman, and some large institutional investors ended without a resolution.

Barclays and its shareholders are expected to continue their conversations in the run-up to the bank's extraordinary general meeting on November 24 to approve its controversial £7bn capital increase.
