Aerospace: Valley where the businesses grow wings

France’s Aerospace Valley is growing a good deal faster than its member companies. The country’s leading industrial cluster, centred upon Toulouse, is gathering lesser aerospace clusters under its wing.

Home to Airbus, which rivals Boeing of the US as the world’s top airliner designer and assembler, Toulouse and its outlying region can justly claim to be an industrial cluster of not only national, but global, significance.
