Ex-pilot seeks Jersey tax rate on pension

A retired British Airways pilot, who worked for the airline for 30 years and lives in Jersey, has taken Revenue & Customs to court over its insistence he should pay UK tax on his pension, although he paid only Jersey tax on his former salary.

The case could have implications for other non-residents in a similar position.
