Strong demand for the Tysabri multiple sclerosis drug has helped boost revenues at Elan, the Irish drugmaker said on Tuesday.
Revenues for the three months ending in December rose 24 per cent to $269.8m (£183m; €208m), while the pre-tax loss fell by 19 per cent to $64.5m. For the full year, revenues were up 32 per cent to $1bn and the pre-tax loss narrowed by 25 per cent to $297.3m.
