Workers create Chinese union

Wal-Mart employees have established their first union in China, in a symbolic victory for the government-backed All-China Federation of Trade Unions.

The US retail group confirmed that employees at a store in Quanzhou, Fujian province, had formed a union, but said it had yet to receive any official notification from the ACFTU.
