Miliband denies campaign for EU job

David Miliband denied campaigning to be Europe’s first foreign minister, as his name began to be touted in Brussels by opponents of Tony Blair’s unofficial bid for the presidency.

Britain’s foreign secretary said he was “fully booked” in his current position following reports that he was winning unsolicited support among some European Union member states.
