Anite, the software conglomerate, said trading in its wireless testing business was ahead of last year's levels.
The division has struggled in the past year, particularly in the past six months, as the handset testing industry makes the transition from 3G to 4G. Wireless revenues for the year declined 7 per cent to £60.4m while divisional operating profits dropped nearly 30 per cent from £18.5m to £11.7m.
