Minority comply with code on good practice

Just a quarter of companies comply fully with the combined corporate governance code introduced in November 2003, according to Pirc, the shareholder voting agency.

Pirc said it expected compliance to improve as the code took effect. Last year was the first full year in which companies have had to implement the code.
