One of the main motors driving Polish business in the past few years has been the hunger of young graduates for money and success. Poland has generated a class of young people who are more efficient than their counterparts in western Europe.
At the same time we are beginning to see that highly qualified specialists able to deal with corporate problems are beginning to earn the same kind of money as their counterparts in the old countries of the European Union. What is new is the demands placed on employees working for western companies in Poland are much lower than those imposed on workers at dynamic private Polish companies.
