Court case sparks moral dilemma for interviewee

After working for my employer for 20 years – most recently in very senior positions – I was fired and taken to court over a £35 bill.

The case was rightly thrown out and my record cleared. But I am currently going through an employment tribunal to recoup lost earnings and money spent on legal bills. I am totally innocent and there may be a case for pursuing my employer for discrimination.
