Julian Badcock, a former partner at Deloitte Consulting, joins from Aon where he was managing director of the services industry group. Philip Beddows, a veteran in career mentoring, has previously worked at Whitehead Mann and Coutts Consulting. The newcomers bring the number of mentors, coaches and senior advisers to 25.
