Russia presses voters amid turnout fears

Russians are coming under intense pressure to vote in Sunday's presidential elections amid apparent official concern that the result is such a foregone conclusion that turn-out could be embarrassingly low.

Local authorities are organising campaigns ranging from ensuring employees vote at their workplaces to entering voters in lotteries offering prizes including cars.
