Canada cools to foreign investors in Nortel

Prominent global companies are discovering that Canada’s welcome to foreign investors is not as warm as it used to be.

The cooler tone will be on display in Ottawa on Friday when a parliamentary committee holds an emergency hearing on the proposed sale of Nortel Networks’ wireless assets to Sweden’s Ericsson.
