TNT, the Dutch postal group, said on Wednesday that it expected to reach an agreement soon to dispose of its contract logistics division, which could be worth up to €1.8bn.

The company, which is selling the bulk of its underperforming logistics activities, has given no indication of a likely buyer for the unit, which has sales of about €3.4bn.
