Chinese troubleshooter to tackle India?s US nuclear deal

China?s leading foreign-policy troubleshooter will today hold talks with officials in New Delhi, in India?s first high-level interaction since it concluded a ground-breaking civil nuclear co-operation agreement with the US.

Dai Bingguo, vice-minister of foreign affairs, will meet M.K.?Narayanan, India?s national security adviser and a leading architect of nuclear deal, in the context of talks over a border row that took the two countries to war in 1962.
