One of Britain’s most senior judges accused the government on Thursday of “rolling over” to Saudi threats in scrapping a corruption probe into arms deals between BAE Systems and the Saudi Arabian government.

Lord Justice Moses made the comments during a legal challenge to the Serious Fraud Office’s decision to drop the investigation brought by two lobby groups, Campaign Against Arms Trade and Corner House Research.
