Corporate manslaughter bill faces crunch vote

Attempts to rescue a law to make it easier to prosecute companies over fatal accidents will come to a head in an MPs' vote on Wednesday.

The corporate manslaughter and corporate homicide bill is in jeopardy after peers rejected government plans to exclude deaths in custody in prisons, police cells and psychiatric hospitals.
