Jackson story feeds LA media frenzy

It was a surreal scene that could only happen in Los Angeles. The news reporter from the KTLA television station had set up her camera position outside the house in Encino where Michael Jackson lived when he and his brothers performed in the Jackson Five.

Crowds gathered at the house to leave flowers and cards. The reporter interviewed neighbours, who expressed their sadness at Mr Jackson’s death, with one telling her about the time a llama was delivered to the house.
