Touch screen devices boost Nissha Printing

The rapid growth of devices controlled by touch panels such as Nintendo’s DS and Apple’s iPhone is helping their largest maker to defy the worst of the economic downturn.

Junya Suzuki, president of Japan’s Nissha Printing, told the Financial Times that while downward pressure on prices is very strong, “the penetration rate is growing, even under these circumstances”.
